What to include in a support request¶
The more context you provide, the faster the team can help:
- Your Shopify store URL
- A description of what you were trying to do
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Any error messages shown (a screenshot is helpful)
- The ISBN or order number if relevant

Concierge catalog service¶
Growth and Omnichannel Pro plans include concierge catalog setup — the Emersoft team will build your initial product catalog for you. To arrange this, email [email protected] with a description of your store and what you want to stock.
