What to include in a support request¶

The more context you provide, the faster the team can help:

Your Shopify store URL
A description of what you were trying to do
What you expected to happen
What actually happened
Any error messages shown (a screenshot is helpful)
The ISBN or order number if relevant

Concierge catalog service¶

Growth and Omnichannel Pro plans include concierge catalog setup — the Emersoft team will build your initial product catalog for you. To arrange this, email [email protected] with a description of your store and what you want to stock.
