What to include in a support request

The more context you provide, the faster the team can help:

  • Your Shopify store URL
  • A description of what you were trying to do
  • What you expected to happen
  • What actually happened
  • Any error messages shown (a screenshot is helpful)
  • The ISBN or order number if relevant
