Gardners Shipping Methods & Rates¶
Gardners offers Royal Mail services for UK deliveries and also ships internationally. Use Gardners' current rate sheets when planning the manual shipping rates for your Gardners fulfillment location in Shopify.

Gardners' rate sheets provide the current price breakdown by destination, parcel weight, and tracked or untracked service:
How shipping rates work¶
The shipping rate a customer selects in Shopify determines what they pay at checkout. Gardners charges your trade account separately according to your current price list and account terms.
Shopify option names do not select a Gardners service
Emersoft Books does not map Shopify option names such as Standard or Premium to Gardners service codes. Contact Gardners if your account requires a specific service arrangement.
Configure rates in Shopify¶
Emersoft Books does not calculate Gardners rates at checkout. Follow Gardners Setup & Fulfillment to configure manual shipping zones and rates for the Emersoft Books Fulfillment - Gardners location.
After dispatch¶
When Gardners reports a dispatch, Emersoft Books updates the Shopify fulfillment. Tracked shipments include the carrier and tracking details supplied by Gardners; untracked shipments are marked as fulfilled without a tracking link.
Open the order in Shopify Admin > Orders to review its fulfillment and tracking information.
