Regional provider availability
Provider access is based on region, not plan: US customers use Ingram; UK customers use Gardners. Access to both providers from one store is not available yet.

About the setup fee
The setup fee covers a full onboarding engagement — installation, catalog enrichment, metafield configuration, Book Details Widget placement, and connecting the fulfillment provider available in your region. The subscription clock starts when your store is fully operational, not at the point of payment.
Omnichannel Pro¶
For independent bookshops that need the full workflow — catalog, fulfillment, and Pubnet EDI purchasing.

Additional POS locations¶
Every plan includes one physical POS location connected to your Shopify store. This covers the typical setup of a single brick-and-mortar store selling online through Shopify.
If your Shopify store has more than one physical POS location, each additional location is charged at $100 / month per location.
For US customers, this reflects Ingram's licensing terms: each physical store location accessing the catalog data is treated as a separate account, even when the locations share one Shopify instance. UK customers should contact Emersoft to confirm how additional locations apply to their Gardners setup.
If you have multiple POS locations, get in touch before subscribing so the Emersoft team can confirm the correct total for your setup.
