For US customers

Ingram is currently available to US customers. UK customers use Gardners. Provider availability is based on your Emersoft Books account or store region, not an order's delivery address.

Emersoft Books connects your Shopify store to Ingram Content Group®'s catalog and Consumer Direct Fulfillment (CDF Lite) service. You can find and import books, then have eligible customer orders fulfilled directly by Ingram.

How it works

1. You find a book in the Ingram catalog and import it into Shopify.
2. After Ingram CDF Lite fulfillment is configured, eligible customer orders are sent to Ingram automatically.
3. Ingram picks, packs, and ships the order directly to your customer.
4. Shipment status and tracking information sync back to Shopify.

Catalog access is available without Ingram credentials. Fulfillment requires an active Ingram CDF Lite account and completed setup.
